Annual Service

All roof types require periodic inspection and sometimes maintenance, especially slate, tile, and tin; gutters and downspouts also need to be checked for any problems. Preventative maintenance greatly enhances the life expectancy of the roof and components, as well as minimizing the potential for leaking issues.

Prescott Roofing offers an annual service program, in which the roof is inspected for any issues and repaired if the problem is minor. Significant issues are addressed with a written estimate. Aluminum gutters are cleaned, sealed as needed, and re-secured. Downspouts are checked for obstructions and split seams. Box gutters are similarly cleaned, and checked for issues, and any repairs/painting/other maintenance needed is noted and an estimate will be generated. Generally, our annual service occurs in the autumn as the leaves begin falling; some of our customers in more rustic areas need a spring service as well. This program results in a well-maintained roof system, making sure the water remains outside of the residence.
