WM. Prescott Roofing and Remodeling Inc., doing business as Prescott Roofing & Masonry
(“Prescott Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains
what information we collect when you visit prescottroofing.com (the “Site”), contact us, request
an estimate, or become a customer; how we use and share that information; and the choices
you have. By using the Site or providing us with your information, you agree to the practices
described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. When you fill out a contact or estimate form, call us, text us,
email us, upload a photo to our visualizer tool, apply for a job, or sign a contract, you may
provide: your name, property address, email address, phone number, details about your
roofing, siding, gutter, or masonry needs, photos of your property, appointment preferences,
and, if you become a customer, billing and payment information. If you apply for employment,
you may provide your work history and other application details.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers
automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies,
including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages
viewed, time spent on pages, and general geographic location. We use Google Tag Manager and
Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to
measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
Call information. We use call tracking technology (CallRail) to attribute phone calls to the
marketing source that generated them. When you call one of the phone numbers on our Site or
in our advertising, we may collect your phone number, the date and time of the call, the
duration, and the marketing source. Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance
and training purposes; you will hear a notice at the start of the call when recording is in use.
Text message information. If you opt in to our text messaging program, we collect your mobile
number, your consent record (date, time, and method of opt-in), and the content of messages
exchanged with us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and provide estimates; schedule
and confirm appointments and inspections; perform and manage roofing, siding, gutter,
masonry, and remodeling projects; process payments and coordinate financing referrals at your
request; communicate with you about your project by phone, email, and text message; send
appointment reminders, project updates, and service notifications; send marketing
communications about our services and offers (you may opt out at any time); improve our Site,
services, and customer experience; measure and improve our advertising; process employment
applications; comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and property.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number to Prescott Roofing & Masonry (“WM. Prescott Roofing
and Remodeling Inc.”) through a form on prescottroofing.com, by phone, or in person, and by
checking the consent box or replying to a text message from us, you agree to receive text
(SMS/MMS) messages from us at the number you provided. Messages may include appointment
confirmations and reminders, estimate and scheduling updates, project status updates, follow-
ups on your inquiry, service notifications, and occasional promotional offers.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may receive an estimate or hire us without agreeing
to receive text messages.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we
will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third
parties, except as necessary to deliver messages (for example, our text messaging service
provider) or as required by law. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-
in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as follows:
Service providers. We work with trusted third-party providers who help us operate our business,
such as our customer relationship management and job management software, scheduling
tools, call tracking and recording providers, text messaging and email delivery providers,
payment processors, website hosting, and analytics and advertising platforms. These providers
may access your information only to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect
it.
Manufacturers and warranty registration. When your project includes a manufacturer warranty
(for example, GAF, James Hardie, or other product manufacturers), we may share your name,
address, and project details with the manufacturer to register your warranty.
Financing partners. If you ask us for a financing referral, we may share your contact information
with the lender, or direct you to apply with the lender directly. The lender’s own privacy policy
governs the information you provide to them.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court
order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety
of others, or to investigate fraud.
Business transfers. If Prescott Roofing is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your
information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
Mobile opt-in data. As stated above, text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared
with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences,
analyze traffic, and measure advertising. Google Analytics helps us understand Site usage; you
can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out
with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We use Google Ads conversion tracking and
may use remarketing to show you ads on other websites after you visit our Site; you can manage
ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete
cookies through their settings; doing so may affect Site functionality. Our forms are protected by
Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Marketing emails: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us. Text
messages: reply STOP to any message. Phone calls: ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call
list. Cookies: adjust your browser settings as described above.
You may also contact us at any time to request access to the personal information we hold
about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your information,
subject to our legal and contractual record-keeping obligations. To make a request, contact us at

Residents of certain states have additional privacy rights under state law. We honor applicable
rights and do not discriminate against you for exercising them.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your
information, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission on our Site, access controls that limit
personal information to employees who need it to perform their jobs, and secure storage.
Payment card information is processed by our payment providers and is not stored on our
servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee
absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this
policy, including to service your project, honor warranties, comply with legal, tax, and
accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Call recordings and text message records are
retained in accordance with our service providers’ retention settings and our business needs,
and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Site and services are directed to adults and are not intended for children under 13. We do
not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has
provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Websites
The Site may link to third-party websites, including manufacturer sites, financing partners,
review platforms, and social media. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are
not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any
site you visit.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last
updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where
appropriate we may notify you by email or text. Your continued use of the Site after changes are
