These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at
prescottroofing.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by WM. Prescott Roofing and
Remodeling Inc., doing business as Prescott Roofing & Masonry (“Prescott Roofing,” “we,” “us,”
or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, requesting an estimate, or communicating with us, you
agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
WM. Prescott Roofing and Remodeling Inc. is a Pennsylvania roofing, siding, gutter, and
masonry contractor located at 20 W Noblestown Rd, Carnegie, PA 15106. You can reach us at

2. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow homeowners, property managers,
and businesses to learn about our services, view project examples, and request estimates. You
agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights
of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, any third party. You may not attempt to gain
unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest
content or contact information, or use the Site to send unsolicited communications.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Information submitted through our estimate or contact forms is used to schedule a consultation
and prepare a proposal. Estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or by email are
preliminary and non-binding until confirmed in a signed written proposal or contract. Final
pricing depends on an on-site inspection, measurements, material selections, existing
conditions, and the scope of work agreed upon in writing.
Any roofing, siding, gutter, masonry, or remodeling work we perform is governed by a separate
written agreement between you and Prescott Roofing. In the event of a conflict between these
Terms and a signed project contract, the signed contract controls with respect to that project.
4. AI Visualizer and Design Tools
Our Site may offer visualization tools that render roofing or siding products on a photo of your
home. These tools are provided for illustration only. Colors, textures, and product appearance
may vary from the rendered image due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing variations,
and installation conditions. Renderings do not constitute a product warranty or a guarantee of
final appearance. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a
limited license to process the image for the purpose of providing the visualization.
5. Communications and Consent
When you submit your contact information through the Site or contact us by phone, you
consent to being contacted by Prescott Roofing by phone, email, and text message regarding
your inquiry. Calls to and from Prescott Roofing may be recorded and monitored for quality
assurance and training purposes. Our SMS/text messaging program terms, including how to opt
out (reply STOP), are described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing emails at any
time using the unsubscribe link in any message, and you may opt out of text messages by
replying STOP.
6. Warranties and Manufacturer Programs
References on the Site to manufacturer certifications (such as GAF, James Hardie, Carlisle,
Sheffield Metals, DaVinci Roofscapes, Velux, or Mastic) and to manufacturer warranties are
provided for information. Manufacturer warranties are issued by, and subject to the terms of,
the respective manufacturer. Any workmanship warranty offered by Prescott Roofing will be
stated in your signed project contract. Nothing on the Site creates a warranty, express or
implied, beyond what is contained in a signed agreement.
7. Financing
Prescott Roofing may refer customers to third-party lenders for project financing. We are not a
lender and do not make credit decisions. Any financing is subject to the lender’s approval and
the lender’s own terms, conditions, and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the lender’s
actions, decisions, or services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photographs, project images, videos, logos, graphics, and
design, is the property of Prescott Roofing or its licensors and is protected by United States and
international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for
your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create
derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without our prior written
permission. Third-party product names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
9. Reviews, Testimonials, and User Submissions
Customer reviews and testimonials displayed on the Site reflect the individual experiences of
those customers and are not a guarantee of future results. If you submit a review, photo, or
other content to us, you grant Prescott Roofing a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license
to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our marketing, and you represent
that you have the right to grant this license.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including manufacturer sites, financing
partners, review platforms, and social media. These links are provided for convenience. We do
not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party
sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties

IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE WEBSITE ONLY AND
DOES NOT LIMIT ANY WARRANTY PROVIDED IN A SIGNED PROJECT CONTRACT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WM. PRESCOTT ROOFING AND REMODELING INC.,
ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA,
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE
HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT
ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF
THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prescott Roofing and its officers, employees, and
agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees)

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use,

15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to
its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall
be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania,
and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Disputes relating to a specific project are
governed by the dispute provisions of the applicable signed contract.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page
indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are
posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will
remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the
entire agreement between you and Prescott Roofing regarding use of the Site.
